Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for overseeing the daily finance operations, supervising a small team and managing a number of projects. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Take full control of financial accounts, including preparation through to audit. Presenting to board on a monthly basis Oversee project cost management, ensuring accurate tracking and financial reporting on all projects. Overseeing the monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Implement strong financial controls to safeguard the business and ensure compliance. Work closely with Commercial Directors to provide clear financial insights, helping to drive profitability. Act as the key contact for external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate audit completion. Support senior leadership with strategic financial analysis to guide business decisions. Skills and experience: Proven experience as a Financial Controller in a fast-paced, high growth and multi-site environment. Hands on Management and Financial Accounts experience with a firm understanding of financial reporting and audits. Experience in leading a finance team, with excellent leadership and communication skills. ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously and influence key stakeholders.
