Fleet Administrator Fixed Term- 12 month Hours 7.30am-5.00pm Join our team Our vans operation is rapidly expanding and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Fleet Administrator to join our business, based at our Skelmersdale. This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it. Here is a flavour of what you’ll be doing day to day: Key Features of this role are: Work with the branch manager and DGV Network to coordinate/book all MOT and Tail lift compliance before they expire Ensure a high level of customer service is achieved at all times Record and update all documentation and records on the maintenance system Managing and implementing all the administration in the branch ensuring compliance Ensuring completion of all agreements reports and invoices The successful candidate will have: Vehicle rental experience Management skills Good administration and typing skills An excellent telephone manner A pragmatic and adaptable attitude The ability to work on your own initiative and make well informed, considered decisions A driving licence would be advantageous Dawsongroup plc is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to the continuous improvement and satisfaction of our employees, and as such, training and ongoing development are readily available, as well as a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package.
