Key Responsibilities
* To lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
* To work closely with the store manager to set goals and objectives, and to be accountable for achieving these through effective leadership and coaching.
* To maintain high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and store appearance.
* To manage stock levels, maintain accurate records, and undertake regular health and safety checks.
