Your Background: Previous experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing, supply chain, or order processing environment. Strong communication skills, with experience handling phone calls, email correspondence, and liaising with customers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sage 200 Experience working with web orders, heavy data entry, and maintaining accurate sales records. Ability to build positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers. Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative tasks, including heavy data entry, managing emails, and handling incoming phone inquiries. Input sales orders onto the system accurately and efficiently. Process and monitor web orders, ensuring all customer requirements are met. Maintain accurate records and filing systems to support smooth office operations. Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to support purchasing and order processing activities.
