Your Work-Life Balance, Your Way
We believe in creating a balance that works for you. Our flexible rota includes:
1. 4-day workweek, averaging 38 hours per week (flexibility available!)
2. 1:7 weekend commitment and 1:7 Saturday mornings until midday
3. One-night duty per week for inpatient care (no out-of-hours calls after 7pm, thanks to an external provider!)
4. We welcome part-time applications too, so if you're looking for flexibility, we've got you covered.
Competitive Salary & Perks
