As Account Executive, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences. You will contribute to client accounts to provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success, deliver excellent levels of service and make a positive impact on the environment. What you’ll do: • Support the Account Manager with the client agency relationship and customer experience • Collaborate across the account management team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service execution • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, working to understand the client business, goals and challenges • Support the Account Manager in the creation, development, and communication of solution methodologies and commercial frameworks that optimise our full service, global and responsible proposition • Collaborate with the internal service delivery teams to ensure that the client needs are met • Ensure all key stakeholders are kept up to date with the current status of key tasks in support of delivery to deadlines • Support the reporting process, ensuring accurate and insightful data is presented to clients for informed decision-making • Maintain and updating all cost management systems to support the Account Manager with accurate and timely submission of quotes and invoices • Act as an ambassador for the company by proactively promoting the business What you’ll need: • Previous experience working as a account executive • Previous experience working alongside clients • The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders • An understanding of client management and developing relationships • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
