Reporting to the Attendance Officer, you will assist Home Support managers to maximize attendance by scheduling meetings, conducting attendance meetings, and attending absence management meetings to take notes. You will provide workforce support to the management team by monitoring and analyzing absence within Home Support Services.
With an SVQ3, HNC, or equivalent in a relevant subject, you will also have significant knowledge and experience in an administration role, experience in a supervisory post, and experience conducting confidential meetings. Knowledge of Council policies and procedures, particularly in supporting attendance, is essential, as are IT skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm when dealing with high-volume workloads. You will demonstrate the ability to deliver to deadlines and analyze and interpret data, highlighting areas of concern to managers.
Temporary funding until October 2025.
