We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with great attention to detail, you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team and have good organisation skills. You will be able to communicate effectively with Senior Managers, Consultants and other Medical Staff. Some of the main duties of this role include: - To maintain a medical staffing rota with a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. - To ensure the correct allocation of Consultants/Doctors annual leave. - Data input onto hospital systems and reporting. - Update rotas and Healthroster accordingly.
