MacKenzie King are excited to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a well-established business in the Felixstowe area. This role will suit an Accounts Assistant with previous invoicing experience who enjoys playing a pivotal part within the finance team.Duties and Responsibilities: Process customer invoices Reconcile supplier statements Tracking and management of Purchase Orders Answering queries both internally and externally Bank reconciliations Record and allocate payments Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances. Key Skills & Attributes: Experience within an accountancy role Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills. Ability to work off of your own initiative Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Sage experience is preferable, but not essential
