Role: Corporate Front of House Security Officer
Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday, must be able to work a Saturday once a month.
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Location: Maidstone, ME14
Our customer is a forward-thinking privately-owned company that is a leading provider of professional integrated bespoke security and facilities management services, offering a flexible and scalable approach to addressing security and FM requirements across various sectors including educational settings, healthcare, charitable organizations, corporate estate management, warehouse distribution, social housing, utilities, and shopping centres.
Duties:
1. Reception meet and greet.
2. Access control and maintaining access/egress records.
3. Maintenance of logbooks and registers.
4. Notifying appropriate personnel that a visitor has arrived.
5. Tracking people arriving for appointments and their departure.
6. Answering phone calls and responding to callers' needs.
7. Dealing with visitors and their requests.
8. Locking and unlocking the building.
9. Receiving and passing on mail deliveries.
10. Sending emails to clients.
11. Internal and external patrolling.
12. Fire alarm testing.
13. Writing incident reports and communications.
14. CCTV monitoring.
Essential Skills and Experience:
1. Smart, professional, and able to inspire confidence in clients.
2. Exhibit outstanding customer service.
3. Good communication skills at all levels.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Strong work ethic and proactive mindset to resolve concerns.
6. Excellent PC skills (MS Office Suite).
7. Valid SIA DS licence.
