Duties and Responsibilities – “Your Role”
We are looking for a talented and creative Presentation Designer with a strong focus on sales enablement materials. The ideal candidate will have a knack for visual storytelling, an understanding of sales processes, and the ability to create high-impact presentations and other collateral that empowers our sales team to engage and close deals effectively. This role demands proficiency in various design tools, an understanding of sales enablement strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver compelling visual content that drives results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and design visually compelling presentations and sales collateral that align with the company’s sales strategies and brand guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to create materials that effectively support the sales process, including pitch decks, fact cards and case studies.
* Work with sales leaders and subject matter experts to structure and organise content in a logical, persuasive, and visually engaging format that resonates with potential clients.
* Demonstrate excellent written English skills, with a strong ability to proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency, ensuring all presentations are polished and error-free.
* Maintain a suite of customizable presentation templates and tools that can be easily adapted by sales team members to meet the specific needs of their clients.
* Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling charts, graphs, and infographics that enhance understanding and impact during sales pitches.
* Ensure all sales enablement materials maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style, reinforcing the company's value proposition across all touchpoints.
* Incorporate feedback from sales team members and stakeholders to continuously improve the effectiveness of sales presentations and materials.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality sales materials that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a similar related field.
* 3+ years of experience in presentation design with a focus on sales enablement or a closely related field.
* Demonstrated experience in designing sales presentations and materials, with a portfolio showcasing successful sales enablement projects.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.
* Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
