Description Full Time Case Management Advisor - Cumbria – hybrid working Up to £39,929 per annum and generous benefits package The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. We’re looking for a HR Case Management Advisor to join us at Sellafield and innovative firearms training facility – Griffin Park. As one of our Case Management Advisors, you will ensure effective support for disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement and absence management, including complex cases. You will need to maintain up-to-date knowledge of case law. You will have effective organisation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and support managers. Working at two locations in Cumbria each week, whilst affording hybrid working and travel to other locations. As a HR professional, you’ll process manage and deliver operational excellence and be required to apply sound judgement, including appropriate risk analysis, when making recommendations on appropriate case outcomes. You will deliver a HR customer services, focused on the resolution of cases, whilst building effective relationships with the wider HR team. If you have Case Management Advisor or HR Generalist experience - we wish to hear from you What you will need You will have previous experience of supporting complex cases, as well as managing process improvements and delivering results. You will have experience in support line managers to perform disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings. You will also have good working knowledge of employment law, be CIPD qualified or have substantial proven experience in managing caseloads. If you have previous experience of working with trade unions this will also be of value. Travel is required given that we are a national force. Your application: Interested?
