Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in a timely manner. Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient work flow. Contribute to menu planning and offer suggestions for creative specials. Ensure the proper storage and handling of food and supplies. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen work-space. Work efficiently and effectively under pressure during peak service hours. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a passion for food. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and reliable with the ability to work on evenings and weekends. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of quality.
