Ability to work on your own initiative. Reporting to: Managing Director / General Manager Performing secretarial work and providing senior managers with day-to-day administrative support as needed Acting as the first point of contact for callers, handling emails and phone calls Managing the diary for the Managing Director and organizing meetings and appointments (both business and personal). Demonstrating outstanding organizational and time management skills Multitasking and prioritizing daily workload effectively Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation (national and international) Organizing events and exhibitions Preparing communications on the employer’s behalf, such as documents, reports, and presentations Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems Proficiency in MS Office and English. FTE £30,000 - £33,000 Part Time hours to be discussed.
