Main purpose of job
* The role holder will be taking the lead in driving the respective Commercial, Product Management, Sales and Project Execution teams to deliver the strategy for the Earthy Labs offering in the European Region.
* The role holder will execute marketing and business development strategies, lead campaign development to develop and ultimately manage an end-to-end business stream for the Earthy Labs product in Europe ensuring a profitable and sustainable Aftermarket strategy is created.
* Deliver on annual AOP for Earthy Labs Europe and put the actions in place to positively work towards achieving the 3-year strategic plan on a continual basis.
What will you do...
* Lead the overall development and delivery of Earthy Labs strategy in Europe. A clear but flexible business plan with short-, medium- and long-term objectives is an ongoing objective.
* Generate and nurture leads with targeted marketing campaigns to support the Commercial and Sales team to create well defined routes to market with potential for exponential growth.
* Create, manage and deliver all communications planning and product launch of Earthy Labs offerings in Europe.
* Working with the Regional Leadership team, provide clarity in the Project Execution model including manufacture and assembly plans, pricing, customer service and long term service provision.
* Actively solicit feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continually redefine the strategy, pivoting as required to meet local market and application needs.
* Collect and use sales data, size and analyse the market, competitors and customers. Proactively use this data to provide direction to the Chart Howden Sales teams to aid in developing leads.
* Manage budget resources to ensure profitable output including the identification of cost saving initiatives and synergies with other Chart Howden offerings.
What do you bring...
* Minimum 5 years relevant commercial/sales experience in either internal or external facing role strategic objectives.
* Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of how to bring a new product to market including promotion, product positioning and customer engagement.
* Proven ability in working as part of a global team, who is able to step across cultural and organisational boundaries easily and who is able to hunt down leads and engage with colleagues to achieve the business objectives.
* Comfortable and proactive communicator who is able to understand their needs and communicate clearly Chart’s value to its customers particularly in relation to the Nexus of Clean.
* Excellent organisational skills including a structured approach to handling information.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Creative and innovative mind-set with an ability to identify new opportunities for the business.
* Driven, determined, agile and resilient individual who has a sense of urgency and who enjoys working at pace in order to meet challenging goals.
