About the role:
The University of Central Lancashire is looking to recruit a Conversion Coordinator to join the Course Enquires and Admissions Team. The post holder will play a key role in supporting the Recruitment and Admissions teams to implement and support a range of activities and initiatives to drive student conversion from initial point of enquiry through to application and enrolment.
Alongside conversion activities, the post holder will be required to build a strong understanding of the university's course portfolio and recruitment cycle. This understanding is key, as part of the role also involves supporting prospective students with enquiries (both pre and post application) across a range of communication channels.
About you:
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. It is key that you work well under pressure and have an appreciation of business priorities, deadlines, and excellent customer service skills. Applicants will be educated to Degree level or have equivalent experiential learning and must be able to work unsupervised exercising their judgement and initiative and be confident in the use of Microsoft Excel.
