What's on offer? 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday Temporary to Permanent position Onsite Parking Progression Opportunities available Job Requirements Set-up and operation of a diverse range of machinery, including sanding machines, saws, and basic manual lathe operations Set-up and operation of the spray painting equipment Cleaning & performing maintenance on machinery and painting equipment Use of hand and power tools as well as application of wood working techniques including gluing, filling, sanding etc. Performing daily safety checks and ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times Ensure products are produced to a high standard of quality, including quality control measures Flexible working between multiple machines, working independently on tasks and prioritising workflow to manage production deadlines Work as part of a team, assisting colleagues and reporting any issues to supervisors Provide assistance during the company's stock take and inventory management processes Participate in the rota for ensuring safe lock up of site Following workplace health and safety rules Keeping the factory environment clean and tidy, and maintaining equipment Any other duties that the company may reasonably require Key Skills Woodworking experience essential and training will be given on our standards and processes Competency and experience in bench joinery and operation of machinery A positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential Good organisational skills Excellent attention to detail
