Job description
Are you passionate about nurturing the earliest stages of life? Are you ready to step into a Room Leadership role where you can guide the playroom and make a meaningful difference? At our nursery, we offer something unique: a small, supportive setting, enabling stronger bonds, a more relaxed atmosphere, and the chance to create lasting memories in a truly rewarding environment.
We are looking for a Room Leader to join our small, close-knit nursery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment, appreciates the advantages of forming deep, meaningful connections with the children in their care. Our small nursery allows for less stress and ensures you can focus on what truly matters, providing exceptional care and nurturing young lives.
We’re not just looking for someone to fill a position; we’re searching for a room leader with heart, someone who exudes happiness, positivity, and energy and takes pride in helping children progress through each milestone. Your kindness and caring nature should align perfectly with our core value of creating a warm and nurturing space.
If you’re looking for a workplace that prioritises your well-being, recognises your hard work, and provides ongoing opportunities for professional growth, you’ll find a perfect fit here. We are dedicated to ensuring every team member feels valued and supported, offering a range of benefits and perks designed to promote both professional and personal fulfilment.
We are offering the successful candidate a £250 signing-up bonus for joining our unique nursery team.*

5. Be active, proactive, and positive with a happy disposition.
6. Have a passion for working with children.
7. Show a good level of written English.
8. Basic Microsoft Word skills are an advantage (training provided if necessary).
Benefits of Working with Us:
1. Competitive Salary.
2. 4-day working week for full-time employees, offering great work-life balance.
3. £250 sign-up bonus.*
4. Generous childcare discounts.
5. Annual performance and timekeeping bonuses paid in December—just in time for Christmas!
6. A supportive, friendly environment where every team member feels valued.
7. 2-for-1 savings at many UK restaurant chains.
8. Free food at training and event days.
9. Personal pension scheme.
10. Travel opportunities.
11. Clear pathways to leadership positions within the company for those looking to grow.
12. Regular team-building events funded by the company.
