Key Requirements: Experience with ERP systems, preferably Unit4. Knowledge of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. HR experience. The role is responsible for supporting a wide range of services across all aspects of benefit provision and represents the Fund at roadshows and events. The role will report to HR Operations Manager who will oversee and monitor performance via standard council performance monitoring processes. Candidates will have good communication skills and an understanding of pensions and payroll routines, responsible for processing member events, dealing with a variety of correspondence, this role requires a track record of high attention to detail and ability to organise own workloads. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough reviews of individual pension deductions to ensure accuracy. Support the administration of the LGPS configuration within the Unit4 system. Collaborate with relevant departments to implement necessary updates and modifications.
