Main Responsibilities • Lead and manage a portfolio of workstreams in collaboration with the Phorum Director, ensuring strategic direction and smooth execution across all workstreams. • Project manage your workstreams to deliver outcomes that are consistent with Phorum’s proposition, objectives, member feedback, and agreed timelines. • Develop and execute an effective workstream strategy, creating engaging and results-driven meetings that foster collaboration, enhance community involvement, and support Phorum’s core goals. Own client satisfaction and actively engage with stakeholders across your workstreams. • Facilitate high-quality remote and in-person meetings and events for senior BioPharma stakeholders, partnering with the Events team to ensure seamless and successful execution. • Build and nurture a thriving workstream community, establishing a culture of trust and inclusion. Encourage participation, facilitate diverse perspectives, address sensitive topics with care, and drive meaningful solutions to shared challenges. • Ensure outcomes and actions from meetings are effectively documented and communicated, maintaining high-quality meeting notes and actionable follow-ups. • Collaborate with your workstream to define impactful deliverables, such as publications, proof of concepts, business cases, and conference presentations, ensuring clarity on the value these outputs provide to both the community and their respective organisations. • Ensure workstream value is clearly developed, documented and supported by tangible evidence. • Monitor and assess workstream performance and engagement using internal systems like Dynamics to track progress, report metrics to the Phorum team, and proactively address any issues. • Liaise with the Phorum team to provide feedback on workstream performance, share insights for continuous improvement, and escalate challenges when necessary. • Contribute to the BioPhorum community by driving continuous improvement in delivery, engagement, and value creation, while sharing best practices, supporting peer learning, and participating in internal initiatives. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Degree-level education in life sciences or equivalent training and experience in project management, facilitation, consulting, or change management, with a strong passion for driving collaborative efforts to create transformative industry programs. • Strong background in the biopharma or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of its operations, challenges, and regulatory environments, enabling you to lead workstreams with industry-relevant insights. • Proven facilitation expertise, with experience in fostering trust and collaboration, and guiding diverse teams through complex processes to synthesise ideas and achieve clear, actionable outcomes. • Experience designing and leading inclusive programs that engage culturally diverse audiences, ensuring participation and understanding across all stakeholder groups. • Demonstrated program/project management experience, with the ability to scope, plan, and structure workstream activities that lead to tangible and impactful results. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence and capability to lead interactions with senior industry leaders and stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring clarity, influence, and engagement. • Strong judgment and integrity in managing confidential cross-industry conversations and sensitive topics with tact and professionalism. • Self-motivated and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and a proven ability to deliver value to clients in an agile, remote working environment. • Proficient in using a range of technologies, with a willingness to continuously adopt and integrate new tools that enhance workstream management and community engagement. • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments, demonstrating the ability to execute with speed and excellence while maintaining focus on high-quality results and community impact This is a home-based role, with expected travel at least twice a year in the UK in order to participate in company meet ups. While BioPhorum is a UK based business, ad hoc international travel may be required at various points in support of the organisation’s annual events cycle
