We are looking for people to join our friendly and welcoming team in Brotton, Saltburn, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people’s lives. We deliver creative, dynamic and person centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in a Supported Living Service.
It is a small supported living service with 5 people who have learning disabilities and autism.
Your will be responsible in supporting people with personal care and emotional support, to plan and prepare meals, keep their home clean and tidy, supporting with day to day activities in the home and out in the community, attending health appointments with clients, update support plans and risk assessments and administering medication.
You’ll have a really rewarding role working with a great team of people and the chance to make a real difference to other people’s lives. We will support you along your career path to learn, develop and grow.
This service provides 24 hour care which you must be able to work weekends evenings and sleepover shifts when needed, in order to meet the needs of the service.
Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided
An enhanced Adult and Child DBS application will be required for successful applicants.
