Purpose of the Role
Origin seeks a dynamic and creative Ecommerce Brand Manager to lead all brand activity and content requirements across our digital channels. This role ensures an exceptional online customer experience that engages our existing customer base and drives awareness to a new audience.
This role delivers a best-in-class experience across all of Origin’s digital touchpoints by building and executing a calendar of activities that provides a distinctly Origin experience.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to align all activity plans with the revenue goals of the channel, constantly looking at how you can meet the objectives of our awareness and retention strategies whilst staying true to the brand vision and the Origin customer.
What You’ll Do
Drive Awareness
* Collaborate with the Digital and Performance Marketing Manager to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with Origin’s audiences and amplify our brand messages.
* Build strategic partnerships to connect with new demographics aligned with our brand.
* Enhance SEO efforts through high-quality content and strategic link-building to grow Origin’s online authority.
Build Retention
* Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to build a content strategy which supports Origin Loyalty 2.0.
* Track and analyse programme performance, aligning activities with key retention goals to optimise customer engagement.
* Oversee the weekly newsletter content plan for both campaigns and flows. Monitoring performance and looking at ways to optimise.
Optimise the Online Experience
* Partner with the Head of Ecommerce to refine the user experience across Origin’s website and app, ensuring a seamless and on-brand digital journey.
* Work closely with the Operations team to continuously enhance the at-home coffee experience, from packaging to delivery.
* Conduct customer surveys to gather insights and implement improvements that elevate the Origin experience.
Create Impactful Content
* Own the digital marketing calendar, planning and executing best-in-class activity.
* Lead the development of engaging digital campaigns that align with Origin’s storytelling goals and brand pillars.
* Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the brand pillars consistently.
* Plan and execute coffee release schedules, collaborating with marketing leads to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
* Support creating SEO-focused content that drives traffic while maintaining a distinctly Origin voice.

* Proven experience in a digital content role, ideally within a premium lifestyle or the speciality coffee sector.
* Strong creative vision and ability to collaborate with designers and copywriters to brief and deliver impactful campaigns.
* Commercially minded with expertise in metrics, analytics, and data-driven insights.
* Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills, a keen eye for detail and Origin’s visual aesthetic.
