Facilities Office Manager Wigan up to £35,000
KPI Recruiting have partnered with a highly reputable organisation, who are recruiting for a Facilities Office Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be working alongside the Facilities staff, Site Supervision team and contractors to ensure efficient running of the organisation across all 5 locations.
You will be:
* Managing a small team of office staff managing and organising rotas, distributing workloads efficiently and providing first line support
* Liaising closely with contractors, service providers and suppliers to schedule and oversee planned and reactive maintenance works
* Monitoring and reporting all accidents, near misses and first aid incidents
* Assisting with site security and emergency evacuations, monitoring all Health, Safety, Estates and Premises Management processes and policies
* Ensuring appropriate arrangements are in place within all departments of the organisation for H&S including; First Aid, Fire, Risk Assessments, MHE, PPE, Lockdown
* Working and managing budgets relating to facilities management and planned maintenance lead on planning, scheduling, costing and tendering as well as the project management of estate improvement projects
* Supporting the management of Capital Projects across all sites ensuring compliance is maintained and all works are procured in line with regulations
* Ensuring appropriate H&S training for all employees is undertaken and up to date
You will have:
* The ability to work in a reactive, fast paced environment
* Experience working within the estates / construction industry (or similar)
* Experience in the monitoring and reviewing of policies and procedures
* A qualification in Health and Safety / First Aid (preferred)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am 5pm
