Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager to work with one of our Private Practice clients in Hertfordshire.
What the job will be doing
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
* Act as the primary liaison with the operations managers between the client and the company, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure all accommodation needs are met and to identify any areas for improvement.
* Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, offering additional services or accommodations as appropriate.
* Ensure seamless communication and coordination with internal teams to guarantee smooth delivery of accommodation services.
* Work with the operations team to troubleshoot any issues related to accommodation arrangements or service quality.
* Track client satisfaction metrics and feedback to inform future strategies.
* Looking after an established base of clients as well as growing levels of business year on year
* Stay updated on trends and best practices within the insurance accommodation industry.
* Ensure that all services and solutions comply with industry regulations, insurance standards, and company policies.
