Pertemps are recruiting for a Hire Desk Manager to join a leading equipment hire business in Southampton. This role is paramount to ensuring efficient operations and ongoing excellent customer service. This is a full time, permanent position.
Hire Desk Manager Responsibilities:
Managing a team of coordinators
Able to plan deliveries and provide best transport solution
Providing excellent customer service whilst managing customer expectations
Meeting SLAs
Develop a strong sense of customer ownership
Building key relationships with customers
Advising and providing recommendation and solutions to customers
Hire Desk Manager Requirements:
Previous experience within a rental or transport planning industry
Experience managing a small team
Proactive working approach
Exceptional communication skills including negotiation and influencing
Ability to engage and build relationships
Hire Desk Manager Package:
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm
Offering a salary of 30,000 - 34,000 depending on experience
