Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, talent management, organisational design, and change management. Support talent development initiatives to ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent, while supporting career progression across the business. Support the delivery of performance management processes, helping to identify high-potential employees and future leaders. Collaborate with the wider teams to implement best practices in reward, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives. Support the continuous improvement of people processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency. Who We're Looking For: We are looking for someone who has: Extensive experience in a People Business Partner role or similar position, ideally in a fast-paced organisation. A strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to align people initiatives with organisational goals. Proven expertise in managing employee relations, talent management, and organisational development. Experience with leading and implementing change management processes across teams. A strategic mindset combined with the ability to roll up your sleeves and deliver people solutions at all levels. Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
