Catering / Hospitality / Industrial background desired. Client Account Manager. New Client Meetings. Client Fee Negotiation. Candidate Attraction & Candidate Journey. Advertising Roles – Job Board Management. Managing Sales pipeline. Supporting the branch network. New client prospecting. I am looking for a recruiter that does not want to be micro-managed to KPI’s but understands the importance of building relationships to grow a successful temporary desk. Sales is an integral part of this role. 360 recruitment experience needed to hit the ground running and reap the rewards of an uncapped commission structure.
