We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team and an Outstanding rated care provider.
We are currently looking to recruit a Care Team Co-Ordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting our Care Professionals and Clients. This is a full-time position that is based in our Ipswich office. This role involves working in a team of three with a variety of duties, some of which are listed below:
1. Scheduling client visits with suitable matched Care Professionals
2. Onboarding new clients, including scheduling and introduction organisation
3. Completing quality assurance visits in the community with clients
4. Supporting with daily incoming calls
5. Making any GP calls and healthcare referrals
6. Taking part in out of hours on-call shifts
7. Supporting with covering holidays and sickness
8. New Care Professional meetings
9. Ensuring we respond to all client and Care Professional queries
10. Attending weekly team meetings with colleagues and senior managers
Qualifications
This role would suit an individual that would like to progress from their current role as an experienced carer or senior carer. Being a driver with their own car is essential. We are looking for individuals that have a passion for helping others and supporting their colleagues.
