Job Title: Community Support Workers for Children, Young People, and Adults with Learning disabilities and Complex care needs
We are looking for flexible, motivated, and passionate Support Workers to join our team of qualified staff to look after children, young people, and adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales is a not-for-profit charity supporting children, young people and their families for the last 42 years. Positions are available throughout Carmarthenshire.

16 hours up to 40 hours
We can offer Permanent, Contract, Temporary, full time, or part time positions, we try to accommodate the hours you require.
Requirements of our staff:
Positive attitude to working as a member of a team and to the development of the service.
Good communication skills.
A driving licence and your own vehicle is essential as we care for children, young people, and adults in the community in their own homes.
No previous experience required all training given.
Willingness to achieve relevant training requirements and to register with Social Care Wales.
Access to a car with business insurance.
Your main duties will include:
Deliver the highest possible standard of care for children, young people, and adults with a range of disabilities and or complex health needs, working in compliance with relevant legislation, guidance, policies and best practice at all times.
Provide and promote personal care.
Carry out domestic tasks.

Attend a comprehensive induction and undertake shadowing with other experienced members of staff before delivering care alone all time you are paid for.
No previous experience is required as full training is provided (Free online and face to face training) support given to complete a health and social care qualification.
