As Events Coordinator you’ll work within the Marketing team, across campaigns and content, and the wider marketing function in co-ordinating our open events, awards ceremonies, staff events and other college wide events and supporting department-led events. Key Responsibilities: Assist on the development and delivery of a marketing events programme that supports recruitment and engagement objectives Coordinate logistics with curriculum and other internal stakeholders for a range of college events Coordinate resource, volunteers and student ambassadors Work with stakeholders in the coordination of external events Provide post-event analysis Coordinate requests & stock of promotional and merchandise materials Supporting the Events Manager and wider Marketing team with logistical and administrative support To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you: A written cover letter is required as part of your application.
