Managing departmental correspondence including phone calls, emails, and letters. Inputting data and producing reports (e.g., absence and leaver stats). Managing office supplies and ensuring smooth office operations. Arranging travel bookings for executives, employees, and company events. Maintaining and updating staff records within the HR information system. Handling HR documentation such as contracts, references, and filing. Attending meetings and taking accurate notes. Providing basic HR and recruitment support. Assisting with mergers and acquisitions. Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries related to recruitment, absence management, training, employee relations, performance management, and health & safety. Promoting a positive image of the HR department in line with company policies. Covering reception duties when needed. Desirable Skills & Experience : Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Administrative experience. A quality, safety, and continuous improvement-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage business expectations. Adaptability and flexibility in approach.
