Ensure effective delivery of all store projects that impact space (quant and qual).
Owns the surety of space optimisation across the store change programme, aligning space transformation goals with OBW and optimisation.
Develops and delivers projects across C&H space to support Space Transformation incl. the development of space productivity levers, associated trials and roll outs to demonstrate value.
Works with the Space Projects and Blueprint Manager to partner with Property, Design, VM and the BUs to develop optimal store blueprints and ensure their delivery into stores, seeking SME input from others in Space to ensure effective delivery.
Ensures that every project has cross-team space approval before sharing with stakeholders and onwards to approval.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
9. Works with space insight team in the creation of new insight to provide challenge with action-orientated outcomes. Driving optimal and incremental profit, providing insight to grow understanding and a step change in catchment & omni-channel performance
10. Continue the development and deployment of the space productivity levers – working closely with the BU planning team to deliver effective change and optimisation
11. Implement trials to explore productivity and optimisation solutions, highlighting the opportunity available
12. Continually refines the processes, challenging ways of working not adding value to ensure we work optimally.
13. Inspires and develops self and others, in own team to deliver the business plan, programme deliverables or support individual ambitions, creating an “art of the possible” culture that settles only for highest standards.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
14. Understanding of the Clothing & Home business and operation
15. Programme management skills
16. Understanding of the processes of delivering product within the store retailing environment
17. Understanding of Retail Space planning principles
18. All relevant C&H, Space & Retail reporting, and merch systems, specifically: JDA floor planning, RP, MP, GMOR, PowerBI
