Customer Logistics Manager UK, ROI
As a Customer Logistics Manager you are in charge of overseeing the customer supply chain operations of the business unit UK-ROI. You ensure customers receive their orders on time and in full, while using the most efficient and effective cost-to-serve model. You are the SPOC for any logistics queries related to the customer supply chain of the retail and healthcare markets UK-ROI.
Main tasks:
1. Leading and developing the Healthcare customer logistics team in Corby and the Warehouse & Transport team in Belgium
2. Continuously monitoring the customer specific E2E supply chain and deliver effective support to avoid supply disruptions and ensure perfect order fulfillment
3. Performance measurement and management of the relevant logistics provider in the customer supply chain
4. Improve supply chain relevant KPI´s and cost-to-serve in cooperation with the respective commercial teams
5. Manage the logistics budget for the customer supply chain and drive cost initiatives to reduce overall EUR/m3
Requirements:
6. Master's degree in economics, engineering,… or equivalent by experience
7. Minimum 10 years of experience with logistics and customer service processes in an international context
8. Excellent knowledge of English
9. Willing to make occasional short trips within Europe
10. Key user knowledge and experience in SAP SD module is a must
11. Experience in a broader context of supply chain (planning, forecasting, purchasing, logistics…)
12. Results-oriented and customer minded, able to identify and implement meaningful continuous improvement opportunities
13. Good communication skills with all levels of an organization
