About the Role
* Provide support to the Account Executives and New Business Executives in the overall servicing of client policies
* Manage all client renewals and adjustments in a timely and professional manner
* Accurately prepare client and market documentation
* Identify risk exposures and advise on insurance and risk management solutions
* Provide administrative support in accordance with Lockton procedures
* Create and update relevant systems
* Liaise with insurers and clients as required
* Resolve accounts queries promptly and accurately
* Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbally and written
* Bring good insurance knowledge from previous roles
* Maintain good business relationships and support team members
* Manage your own time effectively and prioritize without compromising quality
* Manage clients successfully while identifying opportunities for business development
