Responsibilities
Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Assist clients in maintaining their personal hygiene and grooming routines.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the relevant authorities.
Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in various activities.
Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
A minimum of Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Experience in a care setting is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
Understanding of basic health and safety standards in a care environment.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable but can be obtained after employment.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 15:30
Pay Per Hour: £14.40
