Customer Sales Advisor
Location: Derby
Salary: £23,000 + Great commission/bonus structure (OTE £5,000)
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be working within our client's inbound/outbound sales team, creating client opportunities for our Advisors from our existing client base. They are looking for someone who is a great relationship builder, has a wealth of experience within customer service, and ideally has worked within a sales-targeted environment.
Full training will be provided, and experience in a fast-paced sales environment would be beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming calls from clients and establishing the type of service they require.
* Making outbound calls to clients to understand their needs and generate appointments.
* Finding solutions to clients’ needs and ensuring they receive the right advice for their circumstances.
* Building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
* Maintaining a sales database to ensure client contact is consistent and in line with our client’s journey.
* Providing a 5-star service to all customers.
* Achieving individual set targets & KPIs.
* Following all business and regulatory processes to ensure the company is always protected.
* Undertaking all learning and development opportunities to support the growth of yourself and the business.
