Job Title: Junior Sales Customer Service Assistant
Reporting to: Sales Supervisor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.00pm (working hours are negotiable), Lunchbreak TBA dependent on working hours
Salary: National minimum Wage + Bonus Scheme
Location: Strood, Kent.
Purpose:
To make contact with new and existing customers who have previously dealt with us to gain further business from them, and to assist where needed to ensure the smooth running of the national hire centre office.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Telephone contact to re-establish client contact with existing customers within our database.
* Generate new hires and process ongoing hires, customer requests, and queries to assist our hire team as needed.
* Record work on our database and follow processes to ensure compliance and timely completion of tasks.
