Contracts & Licensing Coordinator
This is very much a hands-on position where you will learn by doing the job rather than following a formal training programme. You will initially be involved with:
Primary duties:
* Preparation of software price quotations for existing and new clients
* Issuing licence agreements and addenda
* Distribution of products by courier and email
* Assisting clients with download and security device problems
* Issuing sales invoices
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients via email as well as through Microsoft Teams
* Regular in-person and MS Teams meetings with clients to discuss contracts
* Providing ad hoc assistance and support to clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company
* As you gain experience, you will be responsible for the preparation and writing of tender/bid documentation, along with participating in the drafting and negotiation of more complex licence agreements.
Qualifications
To succeed you will need to demonstrate:
* University/College degree
* Good school results in both Maths and English
* A good knowledge of both Excel & Word
* Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
