We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner from a manufacturing environment for a maternity contract, based at this international companies, state-of-the-art facility in Port Talbot, Wales.

What you will be doing as the HRBP
This role contributes to the achievement of the HR Strategy by ensuring a pro-active and effective provision of professional generalist Human Resource service to the factory team.
The job holder may also co-ordinate certain L&D initiatives.
This role as an integral part of the business area management team by
developing effective working relationships and building the management capability of supported teams in order to advance the delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area.
You will provide a wide range of HR generalist support service to the Factory Team.
You will support the L&D strategy by overseeing training plans and initiatives at the Factory.
Champion employee engagement, performance management, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives
About You...
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and personal attributes:
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
Maths and English GCSE A-C or equivalent
Full driving license -Travel to other sites across the UK will be required
Experience of employee relations and recruitment.
Comfortable advising and working with senior members of factory staff
You will be available to join mid April to ensure a smooth handover with the current HRBP. What's in it for you...
