As our Oracle Fusion ERP SME, you will be primarily responsible for providing advanced system support and maintenance for the Oracle Fusion ERP platform. In this role, you will ensure the continuous performance and stability of Oracle ERP, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle Fusion ERP system issues, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and user queries.
* Proactively monitor the Oracle Fusion ERP environment to identify potential performance issues and resolve them before impacting business operations.
* Diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Oracle Fusion ERP modules such as Financials, P2P, and Inventory management.
* Communicate with Oracle, our third-party support partner, ensuring that the necessary support is provided.
* Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to build organizational expertise.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback on system performance and suggest improvements to meet evolving business requirements.

* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, particularly in finance (GL, AP, AR, FA) and P2P.

* Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address ERP issues.
* Comprehensive understanding of financial and supply chain management processes and best practices in ERP implementation.
