Description
Our client, who is in the Financial Services sector, is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate should be Salesforce Administrator Certified and have a strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Pardot. In return, you will be given the guidance and support to complete your role. This role will ideally suit someone who has been working as an internal Salesforce consultant, with experience in managing multiple enterprise-level Salesforce implementation projects.
Responsibilities
As the Salesforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
1. Gathering and analyzing business requirements and building solutions on the Salesforce platform.
2. Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of requirements and solutions.
3. Identifying and defining opportunities for improvement.
4. Assisting with operational rollout and support.
Skills
The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
1. Solid Salesforce administration and business analysis skills.
2. Highly knowledgeable around Service Cloud and Pardot.
3. Able to write user stories.
4. Be the point of contact and able to run workshops.
5. Declarative experience is essential.
6. Familiar with validation rules/workflows, etc.
7. Knowledge and understanding of systems testing (regression testing, smoke testing, automated test tools).
Experience Requirements
Fintech/FinServices experience would be ideal, but not essential. Proven track record of helping deliver successful software, IT, and business projects/solutions.
