Purpose of the Job:
As a Corporate Reporting Manager, you will oversee financial processes and reporting, ensuring compliance and driving innovation within the organization.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Produce the Statutory Annual Reports and Financial Statements, liaising with external auditors to ensure compliance.
2. Maintain the Group's financial control framework, including policy manuals, balance sheet reconciliations, and management controls.
3. Manage monthly and quarterly reporting for the Trust’s Expenses Reserve Account.
4. Track cash flows against forecasts and provide monthly reports.
5. Manage FCA quarterly and annual regulatory reporting.
6. Produce Group financial papers for Board reporting.
7. Liaise with external advisors for accurate Corporation Tax returns.
8. Act as the technical expert for complex financial queries.
9. Assist in reviews and approvals of BAU processes.
10. Administer Barclays and Paygate banking systems.
11. Initiate, lead & support financial projects, driving change for Finance and TPT.
Skills & Experience
1. Qualified ACA or ACCA.
2. Demonstrable experience in the preparation of statutory/annual reports and statements for corporate entities under FRS102.
3. Experience of managing statutory external audits for medium to large companies.
4. Working knowledge of Corporation Tax compliance.
5. Maintenance of financial controls frameworks, balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reporting is essential.
6. Extensive knowledge of accounting standards including relevant legislation.
7. Demonstrable experience of leading projects and change management.
8. Experience in financial services or working with FCA regulated MIFID firms is highly desirable.
