The Role:
As a Financial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team with administrative and accounting duties. You will ensure the smooth processing of financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist with reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner
Managing sales and purchase ledger
Reconciling bank, client and supplier accounts
Daily cash posting
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Handling client and supplier queries related to payments, receipts and ledger balances
Ad-hoc queries and analysis
Skills and Experience:
Demonstratable experience working in a financial administration or accounts assistant role for an internal finance department
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong numerical and analytical skills
