We are seeking an outstanding leader to join our school as Head Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious professional to drive the next stage of our school’s development. We are looking for someone who will inspire and lead with vision, passion, and integrity. This role begins September 2025.
Duties as a Primary School Head Teacher:
1. Provide strategic leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
2. Cultivate a positive, inclusive school culture where pupils thrive.
3. Work collaboratively with staff, parents, governors, and the wider community.
4. Lead, manage, and develop a dedicated team of educators and support staff.
5. Ensure the effective management of school finances and resources.
6. Uphold safeguarding and promote the welfare of all pupils.
Ideal Primary School Head Teacher:
1. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has substantial leadership experience.
2. Has a strong track record of raising standards and improving outcomes.
3. Is an excellent communicator and motivator.
4. Demonstrates strategic thinking and sound decision-making skills as a Primary School Head Teacher.
5. Is committed to inclusivity, diversity, and safeguarding.
6. Has the drive, resilience, and vision to lead our school forward.
