The Role Realise is seeking a Marketing Partner to drive our presence and impact within the Early Years sector. This role is designed for a dynamic marketer who appreciates collaboration, enjoys creating creative content, and can implement impactful campaigns that resonate with adult learners. Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Collaborate with the Early Years operational leads to promote short courses and communicate their benefits effectively. - Tell the stories of our learners through creating and sharing a series of engaging case studies. - Generate inbound leads for the sales team through strategic marketing initiatives. - Employ tools such as email software, social media platforms, PPC paid advertising, SMS platforms, and direct mail to reach target audiences. - Work closely with a supportive marketing team. Engage with our sector specialists to enhance our sector-specific marketing efforts. - Manage a series of local engagement events in collaboration with the business development leads. - Access expert advice from a team of specialists including a PR agency and graphic designers.
