Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Manager to drive procurement strategy, manage supplier relationships, and ensure efficient processes.

The Role
1. Lead and develop the procurement team, ensuring best practices.
2. Oversee procurement for corporate services and operational projects.
3. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.
4. Manage supplier relationships and optimise procurement strategies.
5. Maintain and enhance procurement systems (P2P, CMS).
6. Support audits and ensure procurement efficiency.
What You Need
1. Strong procurement experience, including team leadership.
2. Experience working within engineering/renewables or construction projects.
3. Expertise in supplier management and financial oversight.
4. Knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
5. Degree in procurement, supply chain, or business.
6. CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent.
