Job Responsibilities:
1. Retain and manage existing customer relationships.
2. Provide accurate information for estimating, production, reprographics, and technical departments.
3. Create Job bags for production following strict process controls.
4. Distribute accurate information internally and externally to fulfill customer requirements.
5. Customer liaison regarding price, lead-time, and delivery.
6. Critical delivery date management.
7. Raise purchase orders for raw material and outwork services.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering excellent levels of care as this is very important for our brand and our customers.
2. A confident communicator and able to handle complex situations.
3. Strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise workload and plan effectively.
4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
5. Prepared to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
6. Self-motivated and enthusiastic focused approach to work.
7. Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
8. Strong attention to detail.
9. Ideally experience of New Project Development and Project Management.
