Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum depending on experience plus quarterly bonus
Shift Pattern: Average of 41 hours per week, working 5 over 7 days (some Saturday work on a rostered basis). No Sundays!

Start date: Successful candidates will start on Monday 9th June and must be available for the first 4 weeks for induction and training.

Role description:
We are seeking Trainee White Goods Engineers to join our White Goods Repair Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an industry-leading team with a top NPS score and a world-class 1st visit fix rate. As a trainee, you will leverage your basic electrical knowledge and undergo comprehensive training to become a qualified White Goods Engineer within 2-4 months.
The role involves skill, efficiency, and building rapport with customers to ensure appliances are kept in excellent condition. You will be diagnosing faults, installing, repairing, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities:
* Testing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods in customers’ homes
* Applying technical knowledge across various white goods appliances
* Driving a company van and managing your daily schedule effectively
* Enhancing our reputation as a home services expert
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in repair or installation involving electric or electro-mechanical products (e.g., field service engineering, trainee plumbing, electrical services, domestic electrical installation)
* Basic electrical knowledge, both theoretical and practical
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Ability to handle heavy white goods such as washing machines and dishwashers
* A full valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
