Shatterlocks Infant and Nursery School is looking to employ an enthusiastic and flexible Nursery Assistant to join our Nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting their early development in a safe and fun environment.
Responsibilities:
1. To enhance the learning of children who have a wide range of learning needs.
2. To be an advocate for children.
3. To plan and assess alongside the class teacher.
4. To be responsible for workforce reform tasks.
5. To use ICT effectively.
6. To assist with general organisation and preparation of resources and the learning environment.
7. To undertake rota duties.

Hours: 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.45am-3.15pm term time plus 5 development days.
Salary: £16,830 per annum (£23,921 Full Time Equivalent)
This is a fixed term contract until July 2025.
Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a minimum of Mathematics and English to GCSE Grade C or equivalent.
