ARAG UK have an excellent opportunity for a Case Handler to join the busy and friendly Claims Operations team on a fixed term basis.
In this varied role, the successful applicant can expect to handle ongoing claims, providing excellent customer care by ensuring that fair and just decisions are met. The Case Handler role at ARAG involves daily case management of insurance claims, which will entail a high level of customer service provision to our customers and business partners. As a result, a good standard of written and verbal communication skills is essential to help ensure good customer outcomes. You’ll be working in a friendly and supportive team, and you can expect full training and development to help you meet your full potential.
We’re open to considering flexible working arrangements, and whilst some attendance in our Bristol office will be expected (especially during the initial training period), for the right candidate we would be relaxed about offering hybrid working arrangements.
About You
Whilst insurance experience is not essential, we are keen to hear from candidates with the ability to demonstrate good customer service as well as managing the customer experience through the case lifecycle in an efficient and cost effective way. It’s therefore important to us that the successful candidate is able to communicate information in a clear and professional manner. Attention to detail and the ability to use a variety of telephony and computer packages are essential.
